How do I place an order? +

Do you support dropshipping? +

Yes. We ship directly to your end customers with neutral packaging (no supplier branding) on request. Ideal for event equipment resellers.

Does Event Golden offer OEM/ODM customization? +

Yes — full OEM and ODM service including custom colors, logo branding, size adjustments, and packaging design. Lead time is 7–15 business days after sample confirmation.

Can I get my logo on the products? +

How long does shipping take? +

Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 5–10 business days. Sea freight: 20–45 days. Orders from our US/EU warehouses ship within 1–3 business days.

Do you have warehouses outside China? +

Yes. We stock select popular items in US and EU warehouses. These ship within 1–3 days and avoid long customs clearance times.

Who pays import duties? +

Customs duties are the buyer's responsibility. We provide all export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin) to assist with customs clearance.
